AutoCad Drafter

Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Flexible
Rate: $960-$1920 per month

We are Rocky Mountain Precast, a Colorado based American Company. We specialize in precast concrete foundations for residential housing.

Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled AutoCad drafter to translate designs into accurate technical drawings and production plans. You'll work closely with our project managers and use AutoCAD to create submittal drawings, section details, and production plans. This is a full-time, long-term position, with opportunity for advancement. Payroll will be every two weeks. Weekly payroll can be issued upon request.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
- Assist project managers in plan quality control and review.
- Use existing poured in place structural plans and work to convert them into our precast design.
- Meticulously review work to ensure accuracy and address design issues.
- Collaborate with the team to implement feedback and revisions.

Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Experience in drafting and rendering is required.
- Ability to read prints and structural drawings is required.
- Comprehension of US measuring system, Feet and inches.
- Proficiency in CAD software and rendering tools.
- Understanding of architectural/engineering principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of online platforms and communications tools such as Microsoft teams.
