JOB OVERVIEW

Join our team as an Assistant Manager and Project Manager, specializing in cold email marketing. We are looking for a proactive and creative professional who can drive successful email campaigns, manage influencer partnerships, assist in operational duties, and analyze campaign data. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage cold email campaigns, including crafting compelling subject lines and email content to maximize open rates and engagement.
2. Oversee the execution and optimization of email marketing strategies using Klaviyo.
3. Collaborate with the social media team to leverage influencer marketing, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
4. Possess proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets to analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
5. Assist the Operations Manager with various duties, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project oversight to ensure operational excellence.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and company goals.
7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
8. Manage disputes and chargebacks

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in managing cold email marketing campaigns and crafting effective email content.
2. Proficiency in Klaviyo and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
3. Experience with influencer marketing and social media strategies.
4. Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
7. Experience in setting appointments in cold call situations

Desirable:

-Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
-Sales experience is a significant bonus, as it provides additional insight into customer engagement and conversion strategies.
