Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Demonstrate tenacity in pursuing sales leads and close deals effectively to hit and exceed quota
Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and providing them with quotes
Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless delivery and meet customer expectations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Cultivate and manage relationships throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven tenacity and ability to navigate challenges in a sales environment
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Previous sales experience or a passion for sales is a plus


Requirements:

We are a U.S.-based company, so you must be able to work between the Pacific Standard business hours of 6 am - 4 pm Pacific Standard Time to support our customers
1 or more years of experience calling and speaking to customers over the phone
You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 8Mbps and a laptop computer that meets the below specs:
Multicore Processor ex: Intel i3, i5, i7, or higher; AMD Ryzen, Athlon, FX or higher
8GB of Memory or higher
Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
64-bit Windows 10 (Licensed ) or Mac 10.14 (Mojave or Latest)
Ability to support a dual monitor setup
In order to comply with US Federal 889 requirements, the following computer and NIC brands may not be used to conduct work for Supply Chimp:
Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hangzhou Hikvision, or Dahua


30/60/90 Day Expectations

Net Profit Goal = $1000
Profitable Sales
60 Day Expectations
Net Profit Goal = $2500
Conversion Rate is 25%+
$25K or higher in booked Revenue
90 Day Expectations
Net Profit Goal = $5000
Conversion Rate is 35%+
$50K or higher in booked Revenue
