Associate Graphic Designer.

US Water Filters (USWF) is a family-owned, Minnesota based e-Commerce business looking for the next teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who share our core values and vision. USWF is a leader in providing high quality, innovative water and air filter solutions for the retail and commercial markets.

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as an Associate Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a strong understanding of design principles, and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and design graphics for digital and print media, such as logos, brochures, flyers, social media content, and advertisements.
* Collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketplace and Product teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop design concepts that meet the needs of assigned projects.
* Report to and work collaboratively with the Marketing Director on branding initiatives.
* Organize and own the visual asset library and catalog.
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project specifications.
* Stay up to date with design trends and techniques, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Knowledge of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* 3D product rendering and video editing experience is a big plus but not a requirement
* A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
* This role is entirely remote, the ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a remote environment
