Job Requirements:

Willing and fit to work graveyard shift, full-time
Willing to use a time tracking app
At least 1 year of Facebook Marketing experience
Excellent and effective written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Works accurately and has high attention to detail
Mid to Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager experience
Quick learner who retains information easily
Ability to problem-solve and analyze results and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results
Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Facebook platform, rules, regulations, strategies and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success
Experience in MS Access is a plus, but not required
A proactive team player


Job Role:

Assist the FB Ads Managers in processing marketing requests
Setup marketing campaigns for new clients and create custom campaigns depending on client’s request.
Coordinate with Onboarding Specialists to complete marketing setups
Update our system tools to reflect clients’ information and marketing locations
Pull lists of Marketing Areas depending on clients’ primary area
Create new Facebook pages for clients
Send FB Page admin access invitations to clients
Create custom ads
Launch video ads
Update remarketing audiences
Communicate with clients through email


System Requirements:



Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
MUST have the latest Operating System
Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
Back up power source


Shift Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Pacific Standard
