Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in overseeing the production of innovative promotional content for various social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate the content production team to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials in accordance with quality standards.
-Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop effective content strategies that align with target markets.
-Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively seek solutions.
-Report project progress to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
-Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction for all parties.
-Ensure that all promotional content adheres to brand guidelines and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of project management experience in a digital agency or related field.
-Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-A good understanding of social media and current digital trends.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
