Assistant Operations Manager at Online Real Estate Company

You are extremely proficient in English, in writing, reading, and speaking. Of course, you need to be reliable, trustworthy, and healthy (that includes anyone in your family that affects your ability to work). Your own reliable and fast computer and internet connection are also required.

There is an evolving daily checklist of required tasks that you’ll need to complete without supervision. Tasks may include research, data entry, answering emails, posting on social media, testing website features, making and receiving phone calls to follow up with clients and more. You’ll need to keep track of the overall tasks you perform and post it in a daily report that will be emailed to your manager.

IMPORTANT! We’re looking for someone who can think for themselves, solve problems, figure out ways to make their work more efficient, figure out how to create value for the company, and be a major contributor to the growth of the business and the financial results. Once training is complete, you should be able to handle all the day to day operations of the company. After training, you are expected to continue growing in the role, to be a leader on our team (help others do their job better), design and implement solutions to business problems, and deliver value to clients. This could be by a well researched email, it could be learning more about their challenges on a video call, or it could be both of those things and more. Training others will be required as the company grows. Pay increases will be awarded according to performance.

Hours:
8am - 4pm Pacific time, Mon - Fri.

Compensation:
PHP 50,Upgrade to see actual info,000 PHP / month.
Exact salary is based on proven ability. Expect to start closer to 50,000 PHP and prove your ability to contribute value.
Individual and team bonuses could surpass salary.
