JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
- Supervise trainers and be responsible for timely delivery of training.
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing training programs.
- Work with the business stakeholders to understand the training requirements for planning and delivery.
- Closely with the L&D manager to identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate
employee training.
- Involve in Quality check and bookkeeping training reports.
- Create business review decks.
- Should maintain the knowledge repository and make the necessary edits to keep the content current and
relevant.
- Monitor and report all training conducted by the business unit.
- Assist the business unit in the hiring process.
- Manage the shift roster and leave tracker.
- Engage in trainer development by providing feedback, performance improvement plans and continuous
monitoring.
- Develop content per the needs analysis.
- Participate in the business review call to understand the needs and requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Ensure the L2 evaluation framework is version-controlled to meet the effectiveness of the assessments.
- Excellent mathematical ability, strong analytical and decision-making skills

Required Technical Skills:
- Coming with US mortgage is an added advantage.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills
- Should have exposure to the learning management system.
- Should have exposure to in e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent people management and stakeholder management

Qualification and Experience:
- Should be a graduate in any domain
- Should come with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills
