JOB OVERVIEW

The Assistant Client Relations and Sales Manager will support our Sales Program by maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and assisting in executing sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
* Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Manage the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
* Prepare reports on client interactions, sales activities, and key metrics.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
* Lead and motivate a team of chat sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Provide coaching, training, and support to chat sales representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Proven experience in client relations in a sales environment with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, train, and support teaUpgrade to see actual infombers effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of chat sales strategies, best practices, and emerging technologies.

OTHERS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or sales support.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
