This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio and driving the success of our real estate operations.

Position Overview:
As the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire property acquisition process, from identifying potential deals to closing transactions. Your primary focus will be on wholesaling, and your expertise in this area will be crucial in maximizing profits and minimizing risks. You will manage a team of acquisition specialists and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations from A to Z.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Acquisitions Team:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of acquisition specialists.
Provide guidance and mentorship to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure effective execution of the wholesaling strategy.
Deal Sourcing and Analysis:

Identify and evaluate potential real estate deals suitable for wholesaling.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Negotiation and Contract Management:

Negotiate with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders to secure favorable deals.
Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Due Diligence:

Oversee the due diligence process to assess the feasibility and potential risks associated with each deal.
Coordinate with relevant teams to gather necessary information for informed decision-making.
Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's visibility in the market.
Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analyses to determine the profitability and viability of each deal.
Utilize financial models and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Closing and Transition:

Facilitate the closing process, working closely with legal, finance, and operations teams.
Ensure a smooth transition of acquired properties to the necessary departments for further processing.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, with a focus on wholesaling.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end real estate transaction process.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of real estate transactions.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Real Estate, Business, Finance) is preferred.
