Appraisal/Real Estate/Appraisal Data Service

Research various websites and compile data into a spreadsheet.
Provide appraisal research support.
Experience with CRM is a plus.
Detail-oriented to accomplish Digital filing consistency.
Answer emails.

Must be an excellent English speaker for phone calls to verify data collected.
Must have your own computer and stable internet.
Must be available partially for US business hours for phone calls. (for 1 hour 1 day a week)

Only a few hours a week (1-5) to start with more to grow as business grows.
Please provide your current employer and the specific software you have for appraisal reports and customer relationships.
Include VA1 with appraisal software in the first line of your response to be considered. Provide the dollar per hour requested in response.
