We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as appointment setters. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
*Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments
*Qualify leads and gather necessary information
*Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
*Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment quotas
*Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently
Requirements:
*Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Proficiency with basic computer programs and CRM systems
