Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential customers to generate high-quality leads for our products/services. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by initiating meaningful conversations with prospects and nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel. This position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong ability to identify and qualify potential leads.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce them to our solar solutions and generate interest.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads through various channels, including online sources, databases, social media, and industry events.
• Utilize prospecting tools and strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
• Craft personalized and compelling messages to engage prospects and create interest in our products/services.
• Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they fit the ideal customer profile. Engage with prospects through personalized communication to understand their needs, pain points, and buying intentions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide them with relevant lead information and context.
• Participate in sales meetings to provide insights and feedback gathered from interactions with leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in the system.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Specialist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persistent, proactive, and self-motivated with a tenacious attitude towards lead generation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential customers
• Familiarity with lead generation software and lead tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
