About Nsynced:
Nsynced is a SaaS company selling CRM to Real Estate Agents. We are a growing company seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter.
About the Role:
In this part-time role, you will play a critical role in connecting our team with potential clients by scheduling appointments. You'll be responsible for contacting leads, generating interest, and setting up qualified appointments for our sales team. This role offers the potential to transition to full-time Account Manager w/pay raise based on demonstrated performance and company needs.

Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients using provided leads.
Must be able to work USA day time.
Effectively communicate Nsynced's value proposition and overcome objections.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with qualified prospects according to established criteria.
Maintain accurate records of all contacts and appointments.
Follow up with leads and ensure communication clarity.
Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism during phone conversations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and information.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a dedication to exceeding expectations.
Previous experience in appointment setting or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus.
Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage starting at $440USD P/M in addition $10 per deal closed plus $10 reoccurring commission as long as the agent stays a customer , commensurate with experience and performance.

Growth potential with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position based on merit.
