Appointment Setter / Lead Generator

Nautical Staffing is looking for an Appointment Setter who will work for our California-based client that offers speech therapy, occupational therapy, and other services.

Responsibilities:
• Qualify leads based on industry, location, and other parameters
• Reach out to prospects through outbound communication
• Set up online appointments and pitch the company’s services
• Serve as point of contact between the company and the prospects
• Answer inquiries and develop/maintain positive relationships
• Manage the sales pipeline and establish/improve processes
• Coordinate sales efforts and create reports for the leadership team
• Participate in beginning and end of day calls with the leadership team
• Conduct research and analysis of the market’s potential
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends

Potential additional responsibilities:
• Graphic design and social media management

Qualifications:
• Solid track record in business development/appointment setting is required
• Must have outstanding communication skills with neutral accent
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, and be quick to learn new tools
• Must be determined and unafraid of rejections
• Must be willing to work part-time initially, then transition to full-time eventually
• Must be willing to work during US Pacific business hours
