Job Title: Appointment Setter / Sales

Salary: $5 per hour + 50 pence per lead booked. Additional commission plan includes $3 per lead booked after working hours and 3% commission for each sale resulting from a follow-up consultation, valued at $1800-$3000 per sale.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, booking consultations, and closing sales. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Schedule and conduct consultations with qualified leads to demonstrate the value of our products/services.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets to contribute to company growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching and exceeding sales goals.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
