Position: Appointment Setter for Contractor Leads
Location: Remote, must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST

We’re seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter to join our advertising team, dedicated to connecting homeowners with contractors across America. You'll be the first point of contact, tasked with swiftly reaching out to leads generated from our campaigns, and scheduling appointments effectively. This role requires no script but a strategic framework to guide conversations, ideal for someone who thrives in agile and flexible environments.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with a knack for clear communication.
Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
Availability during core business hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST).
Ability to think quickly and adapt to conversations without a preset script.
