You need to be a people person who is not afraid of making calls as that will be what you do all day. Inviting Real Estate agents to free events that will teach them the things that will grow their business and allow them to stay in their career of choice. .. You will be offering them the gift of their dream!!

When Brokers get their Real Estate license, there is little they have learned in the licensing process that tells them how to make money at this career they have chosen. Many have to step away from their dream inside of 2 years. A whopping 87% of real estate agents do NOT reinstate their license after the first two years and their dreams of their Real Estate career are gone.

If talking to people about their dream and helping them see it realized, sounds like the kind of day you would want to have as your job, then apply immediately! You will need to have your own computer and a headset with mic to be used while working from home all day. Additionally, you will need to have strong internet connection and the ability to multitask, utilizing multiple platforms at the same time.

**This job requires Strong verbal and written English skills and the ability to be self lead and stay busy at all times. If you have to rely on scripts, translation software or the like, this job is not for you and will not work out. We do not wish to waste anyone's time and this is a high requirement and sticking point. Your speaking and understanding of the English language must be to the point of understanding slang, idioms and figures of speech to keep up in an organic fluid conversation. This includes mastery of your accent with little to display that English is not your first language.
