We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. As an appointment setter, you will be crucial in generating leads and expanding our client base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable sales experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
** Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list or database.
** Introduce our products/services to potential customers and highlight key features and benefits.
** Engage with decision-makers and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
** Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for our sales team to further discuss offerings.
** Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in the CRM system.
** Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call volume and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
** Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
** Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
** Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
** Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
** Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
