We are currently seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter with excellent English proficiency to join our dynamic team. The primary role of this position is to contact leads and successfully book appointments for our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our services and book appointments.
- Provide clear and concise information about our services and the benefits of debt relief programs.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout all interactions with leads.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage and track lead interactions and appointment schedules.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of booked appointments.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment setting targets set by the company.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong ability to persuade and influence.
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with the debt relief industry and various debt relief programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and resilience when faced with rejection or challenges.
- Reliable and consistent in maintaining a high level of performance.
