Required Experience:

High school Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
2 years of experience in the merchant services industry or related field.
Familiarity with processing platforms such as TSYS, FD, etc.
Understanding of different pricing structures in the merchant services industry, including Interchange +, Cash Discount, Surcharge, etc.
Proficiency in iOS operating systems, Google Applications, Adobe, and phone systems.


Job Responsibilities:

Thorough understanding of our bank’s Underwriting & Risk Policy.
Knowledge of credit card processing industry compliance and regulatory requirements.
Proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving objectives.
Punctuality and readiness to tackle tasks efficiently.
Contribution of innovative ideas for process improvement.
Compliance knowledge with financial institutions, card associations, etc. (preferred but not required).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision in daily tasks.
Effective communication with partners via phone, text, and email.
Positive and respectful interaction both internally and externally.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Capability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
Proficiency in iOS operating systems, Adobe, and other relevant software.
Efficient navigation of multiple system interfaces to access application information promptly.
Willingness to learn and adapt to compliance requirements.
