We're looking for a passionate and experienced Amazon Seller Central Account Manager/Buyer to join our team and help us make the most of our presence on the Amazon platform. We're seeking someone who has a deep understanding of Amazon's seller ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
As our Amazon Seller Central Account Manager/Buyer, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating, placing, and managing orders with vendors.
- Maintaining inventory operations and analyzing current sales trends, and market visitations.
- Utilizing the company’s internal software to perform data entry from various sources.
- Developing and maintaining reliable lines of contact with vendors/suppliers.
- Discovering new suppliers and making recommendations to the buyer.
- Managing and optimizing all aspects of our Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Developing and executing strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and maximize profitability on Amazon.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, such as sales trends, traffic sources, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Providing regular reports and insights to senior management on Amazon sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Opening and managing cases on Amazon Seller Central.
- Monitoring account health and ensuring policy compliance.
- Sourcing supplier leads.
- Scanning supplier lists.
