Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to become part of our team. You will be responsible for scheduled account health operations, administrative listing maintenance tasks, and will receive training on more technical tasks in the future.

Virtual Assistant Job Responsibilities:
-Monitor account health and performance notifications and marketplace policy changes for all Amazon marketplaces.
-Troubleshoot and address issues with listings; Open case with Amazon to solve issues such as lost and damaged inventory in Amazon, overcharge FBA fulfillment fees, stranded listing, listing detail page information correction, etc.
-Setup and revise product variations using flat files uploads
-Create and maintain product listings on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart
-Request customer review on suitable products’ orders
-Apply eligible products for SNL program
-Request negative feedback removal and work with the customer service team regarding a replacement.
-Setup promotions, coupons to create sales
-Export Amazon Monthly & Daily Reports and provide to other teams
-Support other departments as needed

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year Amazon VA working experience
- Familiar with and comply with Amazon policies for listing and account safety
- Exceptional English Communication Skills
- MS Excel and Google Sheet knowledge
- You have a passport (Valid for Legal and ID Verification purposes)
- A team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision.
- A very good researcher, you are able to scour the internet to find relevant and concise information

Preferred:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Project Management tools (Basecamp)
- Experience in using software tools such as Helium 10 is an advantage
- Experience with other E-commerce platforms (Ebay, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
