Amazon VA Expert

We are a dynamic e-commerce business specializing in home products. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Amazon VA expert to join our team and support our operations on e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, including creating new listings, updating product information, and optimizing listings for maximum visibility and sales.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Implement and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive traffic and increase sales.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery processes.
Stay up-to-date with platform policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance on the platform.

Requirements:

Proven minimum 4 years experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Amazon seller central and familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and experience as a team leader.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using tools and software for Amazon seller management, inventory management, and data analysis using Helium 10 or similar.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for e-commerce and a drive to continuously learn and improve.

Competitive compensation package included 13 month salary and quarterly performance based bonus. Probation will be 3 months salary at $500/month.
