Amazon Specialist - E-commerce Operations Expert

Position Overview:
As an Amazon Specialist, you will collaborate closely with an Amazon Account Manager in overseeing all facets of our clients’ Amazon store operations, aiming to bolster sales and elevate the overall customer experience. Your pivotal role will involve optimizing product listings, conducting meticulous keyword research, and delivering top-tier customer service to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive keyword and competitor research utilizing tools such as Deep Dive, Helium10, and JungleScout.
Responsively address Buyer Messages.
Initiate and handle seller support cases.
Manage A to Z claims efficiently.
Facilitate the creation of FBA shipments.
Execute listing uploads via flat file.
Ensure listing updates via flatfile/backend.
Develop listing variations where applicable.
Vigilantly monitor account health.
Uphold reputation integrity by monitoring and managing feedback, reviews, and ratings.
Monitor and strategize around the Buy Box.
Create and administer Amazon Promotions and Coupons.
Upload EBCs (Enhanced Brand Content).
Undertake additional tasks pertinent to Amazon account management.

Key Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year in Amazon Seller Central operations.
Ability to work during Central European Time without distractions.
Exceptional communication skills coupled with a strong interpersonal acumen.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Capacity to excel within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
