Are you an Amazon WIZARD?

We are looking for a full time or part time Amazon Specialist / Amazon VA / Amazon Account Manager / Brand Manager / Executive Assistant. We are looking for someone who can take charge and be proactive... a diligent team leader who does what needs to be done without being asked!

- flexible hours of work (not required to work North America business hours)
- you can work regular Philippines business hours
- ideally starting part time with 3 hrs per day and moving to full time (8 hrs per day) - negotiable

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- business acumen to help grow the business /
- excellent English communications skills (verbal and written)
- excellent customer service skills and cheery attitude to help customers (customer satisfaction is top priority)
- extensive amazon seller central experience (must know seller central inside/out) / minimum 2 years experience
- wizard at amazon troubleshooting and problem solving
- extensive experience managing seller support cases and escalations (case log management)
- flat file wizard - must be proficient with flat files and troubleshooting
- wizard with spreadsheets: MS Excel and Google Sheets (advanced excel functions, pivot tables, etc)
- data analysis and data driven decisions
- REPORTING: data entry / creating reports / tracking KPI's / dashboard creation / daily, weekly, monthly reports
- FBA reimbursements, stranded inventory issues, account health issues, listing quality dashboard, etc
- Product and Keyword Research
- listing optimization and organic keyword ranking
- managing and creating A+ content and EBC / managing branded stores
- Experience with amazon related software like Helium 10, Data Drive, Keepa, Sellerise
- SOP creation and management
- general executive assistant experience- attention to detail

OTHER ASSETS:
- Business degree / MBA
- Amazon PPC experience is an asset, but not required
- experience managing shopify accounts is an asset, but not required
- copywriting skills is an asset
- SEO / google ads experience is an asset- social media experience is an asset
- basic graphic design, multimedia, and editing is an asset

Must be highly experienced in all aspects of Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Operations / Amazon Account Management:
Amazon Catalog Management, Flat File Expert, Listing Management, Inventory Management, fixing listings, working with seller support and escalating cases, creating variations, troubleshooting, day to day operations, managing seller account, creating product listing using a flat file, fixing stranded/suppressed or inactive listing, fixing hazmat listing, creating shipping plans, creating coupons, category listing reports, monitoring health account, monitoring seller feedback and product reviews, answering customer's email/ inquiry, removing negative reviews, processing refunds, processing reimbursements for lost/damaged inventory, etc
