JOB OVERVIEW

An Amazon Account Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the product listings, inventory, and advertising campaigns for sellers on Amazon. They work to improve the overall performance of the seller's account by analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for Upgrade to see actual info terms of flat files, an Account Specialist may work with sellers to ensure their product data is correctly formatted and uploaded to Amazon's system using flat file templates.

Specifically, an Account Specialist may:
Provide guidance on how to correctly format and structure flat files to upload product data to Amazon.
Review and validate flat files to ensure they meet Amazon's requirements and standards.
Identify errors or issues in flat files and work with sellers to resolve them.
Monitor the progress of flat file uploads and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Provide feedback to sellers on ways to improve their product data and listing quality.
Work with internal teams at Amazon to escalate and resolve any technical issues related to flat files or product data uploads.

Account Management: Managing the seller's account on Amazon, ensuring that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engine rankings. This involves reviewing and analyzing performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates to identify areas of Upgrade to see actual infoventory Management: The Amazon Account Specialist ensures that there is sufficient inventory available to meet customer demand. This involves monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and working with suppliers to manage inventory. Ensuring that the seller's inventory levels are maintained to meet demand and prevent stockouts.
Advertising Campaign Management: Creating and managing advertising campaigns on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Performance Monitoring: Analyzing account performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Generating regular reports to keep the seller informed of account performance, including sales, traffic, and advertising metrics.
Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to the seller's account or products.
Marketing: The Amazon Account Specialist develops and executes marketing plans that are designed to drive sales and improve overall account performance. This may include running advertising campaigns, optimizing product listings, and creating promotions.
Data Analysis: The Amazon Account Specialist uses data analysis tools to monitor and optimize account performance. This involves analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
Advocating for the seller: An Amazon Account Specialist may represent the seller's interests and help to resolve any issues that may arise with their account or products. They may argue on behalf of the seller to resolve disputes with Amazon or other sellers.
Providing support: The Account Specialist may offer advice and guidance to sellers on best practices for listing their products, optimizing their account, and increasing sales.
Analyzing data: The Account Specialist may analyze the seller's data to identify patterns or areas where the seller could improve their performance. They may also use data to help the seller to better understand their customers and target their marketing efforts more effectively.
Implementing strategies: Based on their analysis of the seller's data and account, the Account Specialist may suggest and implement strategies for improving the seller's sales and account performance.
Monitoring performance: The Account Specialist may track the seller's performance over time and provide regular updates on their progress. They may also identify areas where the seller is falling behind and work with them to improve their performance.

Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course or College Level
Must have at least 4 years E-commerce experience, preferably in Amazon.
Must have at least 2 years' experience in Amazon Seller Central
Willing to work Upgrade to see actual infot a Freelancer
