Position Title: Amazon Specialist

We're looking for an Amazon Specialist to help us manage and optimize our growing Amazon business! As an Amazon Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product catalog across the Amazon platform (both Vendor Central and Seller Central). You will manage listings, optimize product visibility, analyze data and identify marketplace opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a highly-organized, detail-oriented self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to optimize performance across our Amazon account and stays on top of industry best practices and the competitive landscape.

Amazon Specialist Responsibilities
- Manage SKU setup and product page build across Amazon (in both Vendor Central as well as Seller Central); maintain integrity and accessibility of our catalog on Amazon to ensure correct merchandise mix, product information and pricing for maximum product surfacing and profitability
- File support tickets with Amazon as needed
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure that our product catalog is optimized and accurate
- Ensure all products have enhanced content/A+ pages and updates to content are made across all products and channels
- Use tools to perform keyword research in order to ensure that we're optimizing our Amazon listings for SEO
- Monitor and analyze daily/weekly sales and performance KPIs - including revenue & conversion data, OOS rates, traffic drivers, search term analytics, etc. - to understand current performance drivers, forecast sales trajectory and make recommendations to optimize product engagement
- Keep tabs on competitive landscape and review current product catalog to assess areas of opportunity for new products, bundles or sizes
- Stay up to date on industry best practices

Amazon Specialist Requirements
- Experience with Vendor Central is required
- Organized home office setup, free of noise and distractions, with a dual monitor setup strongly preferred.
- Reliable power and internet connections, with backup systems in place.
- Full-time position, 40 hrs/week minimum, with partial overlapping hours or entirely overlapping hours with US Central time
- 2-3 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central
- Must have substantial previous Excel experience, including experience working with flat files
- Excellent English skills
- High attention to detail, with ability to meticulously proofread for spelling and grammar
- Ability and willingness to independently learn new tools, products or technology and make recommendations on trends to support the business
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and professional with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; ability to work independently with minimal supervision is extremely important
- Ability to work with our team via email, Slack and Skype/Zoom. Highly preferred, but not required: experience with Airtable and Notion
