We are a leading Virtual Business specializing in helping companies grow and scale their business.
We are looking for a Remote Professional that can help us expand our inventory, looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon SKU Update Specialist to join our team.
This position requires a strong knowledge of data manipulation with EXCEL. Please know and have used extensively VLOOKUP, Conditional Formulas and how to manipulate date within EXCEL.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Amazon SKU Update Specialist to manage and update thousands of product SKUs using flat files on Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's listing requirements, flat file templates, and bulk upload processes. This role is crucial to ensuring our product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility and sales.
Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain thousands of product SKUs on Amazon using flat files.
* Ensure all product information, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels, is accurate and current.
* Identify and resolve any issues with product listings, such as errors, suppression, and listing quality alerts.
* Collaborate with the inventory and marketing teams to ensure synchronization of product data across all channels.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and managing product listings using flat files.
* Strong understanding of Amazon's listing requirements, flat file templates, and bulk upload processes.
* Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot listing issues effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in e-commerce, specifically within the Amazon marketplace.
* Knowledge of additional e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Walmart) is a plus.
* Previous experience in a similar role managing large volumes of SKUs.
