Job Description:
We are in search of a detail-oriented and insightful Amazon Product Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position requires the individual to manage our brand fully on Amazon and be responsible for launching new products effectively. The role goes beyond traditional market research and involves product listing optimization, competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and customer behavior understanding to help in driving our brand's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead comprehensive market research on Amazon to identify potential new products and evaluate their feasibility and profitability.
2. Manage our brand's presence on Amazon, being responsible for its reputation, customer perception, and sales performance.
3. Facilitate the launch of new products, overseeing everything from the initial stages of development to the final launch strategy and execution.
4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align product research findings with business strategies.
5. Consistently track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior on Amazon.
6. Use the research insights to help develop and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
7. Understand and apply Amazon’s algorithm for product listing and ranking optimization.
8. Create and present detailed reports of research findings, translating complex data into understandable and actionable information.
9. Evaluate customer feedback and reviews, recommending improvements based on research findings.
10. Work closely with teams to ensure product availability and manage product life cycles.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in product research, preferably within Amazon’s platform.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the Amazon Marketplace, its algorithm, and best selling practices.
4. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights.
6. Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related analytical software.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. A customer-focused approach, able to understand and respond effectively to customer needs.

Work Schedule
This role requires a 40-hour work week, adhering to a Monday to Friday schedule. The working hours are flexible, since the job can be performed from anywhere in the world, as long as tasks align with a UTC + 8Time workday.
