Amazon Operations Assistant

About the Role:
Lone Pine LLC, a successful third-party Amazon FBA seller, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amazon Operations Assistant. This role is perfect for recent graduates who majored in Computer Science, or individuals with a strong technical background who are eager to start their career with a dynamic and innovative company. The ideal candidate will be under 35 and bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to our operations team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct product research to identify profitable items for our Amazon FBA inventory.
Contact suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and order details.
Reconcile missing units and ensure accurate financial records.
Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform purchasing decisions.
Maintain and update product listings on Amazon.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Support the implementation of technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Basic understanding of programming languages and database management.
No prior experience with Amazon is required; fresh perspectives are encouraged.
Must be under 35 years of age.
