Amazon Operations Assistant

We are an Amazon Seller based in the USA and selling our products across 13+ marketplaces across the globe currently. We are turning towards a growth phase of the business and are looking for consistent support in all areas of our Amazon operations. Job duties may include listing maintenance, inventory and shipping support, new product research and development, and general support to the founders of the company. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, who can learn quickly and work independently, and has a positive energy who can work well with our team. The beginning might be a bit more administrative and transactional work, but as trust is built over time there are many opportunities to become a real part of the team. Can also grow towards managing a team of VAs. The job will be hourly to start with the potential to grow into something more regular, as our working relationship develops.

Some overlap with US Pacific Time / California will be needed. But a lot of the work can be done on your own schedule in local time.

Amazon, eCommerce, and complex excel/spreadsheet experience a major plus, but not an absolute requirement. Strong English language skills are necessary and any additional language skills are very welcome!
