We are looking to hire 1 to 2 people for the role of Amazon Marketplace Account Specialist in a full time position.

****** This Role is to work 7am - 3pm CDT - Texas USA Timezone | 8PM - 4AM Manilla time ************
PLEASE DO NOT apply if you cannot work full time during these hours.

We manage a wide range of Amazon accounts and we are looking to add to the team specifically to look after 1 large account.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• EXPERIENCE - You MUST have a MINIMUM of 2-3+ years experience working with actual Amazon accounts in the past, ideally with experience managing all aspects of an Amazon account. We are NOT hiring those with only training at this time.

• HIGHLY LOGICAL THINKER - You must be able to figure out problems in a logical manner and be proactive in searching for solutions that you do not have the answer to. This is specifcally linked to problems that occur inside seller central on Amazon Listings. ( Listing Suppression, Image suppression, Lost inventory, Missing shipments, Compliance issues etc

• TEAM PLAYER - Our agency works as a team to get the best possible results for our clients. You must be comfortable working in a team environment with others and know you will have the support you need to get the job done.

• TIME MANAGEMENT - You must have good time management skills. working in an agency environment means you will need to be able to get a lot done quickly.

YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE:

- Set timelines and allocate projects/tasks
- Gather research from key stakeholders on products, customers, and sellers to inform the team and streamline assets & resources
- Communicate with the clients via slack
- Cross-functional communication with other departments according to shared set goals
- Product Launching,
- Product Promoting,
- FBA inventory management,
- Keyword Optimization and Ranking,
- Listing Optimisation implementation
- Fixing problems in Seller central
- Working with Flat files
- Working with seller support

Some Specific tasks will be :

* Daily - Inventory Levels Reporting - Spreadsheet to download info from seller central and then analyse

* Seller Support + SAS Core Support- Deal with all Amazon issue through seller support and monitor them through to resolution.

* Account Health - Monitor product alerts from helium 10 and all account metrics such as Performance notifications on a daily basis to ensure any issue with a listing is spotted fast and fixed or escalated straight away.

* Review Monitoring - Weekly review of negative reviews and responding to them in Customer Reviews

* Seller Feedback - Weekly review of negative feedback and requesting removal where possible in Feedback Manager

* Account health dashboard - Daily review of Account health and actioning steps to deal with issues as they arise along with monitoring existing issues to resolution - Keep and update resolution tracker

* Voice of the customer Daily review of Voice of the Customer dashboard and actioning steps to deal with issues as they arise along with monitoring existing issues to resolution

* PDP Updates - Update all PDP as needed using flatfiles and seller central backend. Monitoring updates to ensure they update correctly and following up with Seller Support, Brand Registry Support and SAS core where necessary to push through changes

* Flat Files - Create use and maintain flatfiles to create and update listings and keep contribution score high Monthly backups of Category Listings report

* Weekly and Monthly Reporting - Updating all reporting

* AMZ Posts - Scheduling/Executing Amazon posts and videos from repository provided client

* Coupons/Promos/Brand tailored Promotions/Deals/Discounts/Pricing - Executing/Setup/Monitoring of all promotional tactics as dictated client

* Attribution links - Creation and management of all Attribution links needed for outside marketing and sharing with internal client teams
* Helium 10 - Manage and ensure all products are up to date in Helium10s Keyword tracker

This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance and results-oriented problem-solving.
