I'm Alana, an entrepreneur with two exciting ventures:

HoppScotch.bun: A thriving rabbit supply business serving the needs of rabbit enthusiasts everywhere.
Levo: A brand-new, two-phase online mentorship program designed to guide aspiring Amazon FBA sellers through the process of launching, building, and scaling their businesses.

About the Role:

As our Amazon Expert & Enrollment Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of Levo. You'll be the go-to person for our students, answering their daily questions about Amazon FBA, providing guidance, and keeping them on track. You'll also work closely with me to build out the Levo curriculum, creating task documents, managing enrollment, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Some additional tasks may be included performing as a personal assistant to our Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Support: Respond to student inquiries promptly and thoroughly, providing expert guidance on all things Amazon FBA.
Curriculum Development: Create clear, concise task documents that outline the steps students need to take to achieve their goals.
Enrollment Management: Manage the enrollment process, from initial inquiries to onboarding new students.
PPC Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Amazon PPC to help students optimize their advertising campaigns.
Project Management: Utilize ClickUp to track tasks, deadlines, and progress.

Email
Marketing: Proficiently create captivating emails to clients to enroll new clients and keep information fresh for existing clients.

We will train you for each of these tasks. Position will start at $2 USD/ Hour or $250 USD/ Month, but pay will increase upon performance and experience. After completion of course material and enrollment of first phase of students pay will increase to $3 USD/ hour or $300 USD/ month.(1-3 months)

BEST CANDIDATE:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in helping others navigate the world of Amazon FBA, ideally through teaching or mentoring.
Amazon PPC Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC strategies and tactics.
Exceptional Organization: Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for keeping everything in order.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Initiative: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to go above and beyond.


WHO YOU ARE:
You are a rockstar who doesn't need supervision, but isn't afraid to ask question to fully understand the assignments. You are a go-getter and willing to learn new things about bunnies and how to properly care for them. You can research bunny-related topics online. You have semi-flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You speak AMAZING American English. You don't mind working a little on weekends. You are a team player.
