Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to an exceptional customer experience, handling inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate information, recommendations, and resolutions to customers.
Efficiently manage customer inquiries on e-commerce channels, including Amazon, ensuring timely and accurate support.
Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to solve order, shipping, returns, and refunds issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Utilize problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Collaborate with the broader team to identify ways to improve the customer service process and enhance customer satisfaction.


Skills Requirements:

2-3 years of experience managing customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers across various platforms.
A natural ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.
Must possess or have the ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of our supplements and their benefits.
Capable of identifying and resolving customer issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and refunds processes.
