Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce business with 9+ brands on Amazon UK, specialising mainly in home and garden products, as well as travel, toys and pet products. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to our customers through various online platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon. As we continue to expand our presence on Amazon, we are seeking a motivated Amazon Account Specialist to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our seller central account.


Position Overview:
As an Amazon Account Specilist, you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks within Seller Central. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving product listings including SEO, as well as general Account Health, across the 500+ ASIN's we have.

Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:
- Create and update product listings on Seller Central, ensuring accurate product information, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility and enhance product discoverability.

SEO Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies specifically tailored to the Amazon platform, aimed at improving product visibility, organic rankings, and search discoverability.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords relevant to our product listings, target audience, and market niche.

Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify key competitors, analyze their SEO strategies, and uncover opportunities for differentiation and optimization.
- Monitor competitor product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to inform our SEO and marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Amazon account management team to ensure synergy between SEO efforts and other aspects of Amazon account management, such as PPC advertising and inventory management.
- Share insights and collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to optimize product listings and enhance the overall customer experience.

Account Health Management:
- Help the onshore Account Managers to monitor and maintain the health of our Amazon seller account, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and performance metrics.
- Address any account health issues or performance concerns proactively, such as negative feedback, order defects, or policy violations.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to safeguard account health and minimize the risk of suspension or account restrictions.
- Utilize flat files for bulk operations such as inventory updates, price changes, and product listing modifications.

Testing and Optimization:
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize product listings, keywords, and content elements for maximum SEO effectiveness.
- Continuously iterate and refine SEO strategies based on performance data, customer feedback, and market trends.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Amazon Account Manager / Specialist / Virtual assistant, with a large Amazon account with 300+ ASIN's
- Proficiency in navigating Seller Central tools and features, including product listing management including Premium A+ and EBC uploads, case managment, flat file troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with Amazon's seller policies, guidelines, and performance metrics
