Amazon Account Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon VA to oversee and enhance our company's interactions within the Amazon sales channel. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, manage account health, optimize listings, and drive promotional efforts to achieve our sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to managing our Amazon presence, including conversion rate optimization, inventory management, and creative asset consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Account Management: Collaborate closely with clients to provide strategic direction on Amazon channel management. Utilize deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace to enhance visibility and sales performance.

2. Conversion Optimization: Analyze current conversion rates and recommend changes to product photos, storefronts, and listing copy to increase conversion rates effectively.

3. Reporting and Analytics: Assist in navigating key Amazon metrics, including buy box percentage, stock levels, advertising data, and overall sales performance. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

4. Promotions Management: Plan and execute promotional strategies on Amazon. Establish promotional calendars aligned with client’s sales targets. Recommend products for promotions, optimal timing, and appropriate discount levels.

5. Drive Traffic to Primary Website: Develop strategies to redirect Amazon customers to the client’s primary e-commerce platform, enhancing direct sales and customer retention.

6. Account Health Monitoring: Manage and resolve issues related to account health, including intellectual property violations, authenticity complaints, product condition and safety issues, and compliance with Amazon’s listing policies.

7. Listing Optimization: Work with clients to optimize product listings, including updating titles, bullet points, descriptions, and search terms.

8. Creative Asset Development: Advise on and oversee the creation of visual assets for product images, video content, and advertising campaigns to enhance product appeal and engagement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Amazon accounts, with a strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace and tools.
Excellent analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from data.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and internal teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address account issues and enhance product listings.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
