Looking for an outstanding ACCOUNT MANAGER with enviable project management and organizational skills to handle some of our international clients!!!


At Hyperzon, we perceive ourselves as a racing team made up of pilots, navigators, mechanics, and suspension specialists. They all tweak the clients’ car and maneuver it through the different tracks of the Amazon races. Now we are looking for a new outstanding Client Service teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who wants to dive deep into the e-commerce business and handle some of our large international clients. They should be fast learners and demonstrate a high level of responsibility. The ideal Account manager always finds a way to a client’s heart but also a way out even in dire situations.

Basic qualifications:
Previous experience in leading weekly client calls
At least 1 year of experience on Amazon Seller Central
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in composing concise, accurate, and appropriately targeted responses
Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability in learning tools and processes, effectively utilizing them for service delivery


Job responsibilities:
Create and maintain excellent relationships with the clients
Understand the clients’ needs and brief the internal teams properly
Work closely with all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers - copywriters, designers, PPC specialists, (incl. our assistants, who work remotely from all over the world) to ensure consistent and profitable Amazon campaigns
Deal with all kinds of issues and problems and stay positive and focused even in critical situations

Added Benefits (after 3 months of joining):
10 days of Paid Sick Leave per year (a maximum of 7 days of PTO will carry over to the next year; any other leftover will be forfeited).
12 days of Paid Time Offs per year (a maximum of 3 days of PTO will carry over to the next year; any other leftover will be converted to equivalent cash).
