INNELS is a Full-service Amazon Agency where we help European and US brands to sell on Amazon and launch on global markets. We are a fully remote agency based in Latvia and Copenhagen.
We are currently looking for an Amazon account assistant who will help our account managers to resolve technical issues related to Amazon accounts, listings upload, account health check, and other Amazon-related questions.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
* Proven track record in handling flat files, bulk operations, and listing optimization (Amazon Title, Bullet Points & Description Optimization).
* Familiarity with Amazon’s Category Listing Reports and other relevant analytical tools.
* Previous experience with uploading A+ content, updating Brand Store & Images.
* Previous Experience with Amazon reports & Business Analytics.
* Previous experience with Seller Support Communication.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Your responsibilities:

* You will be constantly supporting our account managers with Amazon accounts.
* Constant update of the listings.
* Solving technical issues with listings.
* Uploading A+ content and Brand Store content.
* Communication with Seller Support.
* Uploading listings via flat files and manual upload.
* Monitoring Account Health Check.
* Providing help with generating reports for our clients.
* Other Amazon-related tasks.

- Ideally, we would like to start with a trial period of 1-2 months where you will work part-time, then we fully switch to full-time. We can agree on details during the interview.
