Job Objective:

To perform administrative tasks that will help two Australian entrepreneurs with their websites.

Brief Description of Duties:

The Virtual Assistant an integral part of Love Life Enterprises and is responsible for assisting both myself and my partner Warwick with our day-to-day digital tasks, such as:

Website design and management - Currently use Divi and would like to move to Shine Pages
Database Management (Google Sheets)
Web Research
Data Entry
Transcription of audio files/videos into Word documents
Website Copy and Blog Copy
Graphic Design
Social Media
Marketing
Video Content/ Editing

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal English
Proven ability to work autonomously and without direction
Lots of experience with managing and editing websites (Wordpress / Divi and Shine Pages preferred)
Great attention to detail
Loves writing and enjoys producing great written material
Fast typist - minimum of 50 wpm
IT and computer savvy
Good working knowledge of Google sheets, LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook and Messenger (or be willing to learn)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Have access to High Speed internet
Warm, positive and down to earth personality
Kind and sincere
Conscientious and hard worker
Takes pride in their work

Desirable Knowledge:

Be familiar with Australia or have worked for an Australian before
Have experience supporting start up entrepreneurs
Have an interest in mental health
Book editing and typesetting

In return you will be able to work flexible hours to suit you from home with someone who appreciates you and your hard work. All pay will be made through Transferwize on a weekly or fortnightly basis.?
