I am the CEO of two different businesses, and I'm looking for a person who will be available to perform the following tasks:

1. Write amazing hooks and headlines for text-based short-form videos.
2. Research fitting stock footage.
3. Edit text-based short-form videos with DaVinci Resolve.
4. Edit video podcasts with DaVinci Resolve.
5. Basic color grading in DaVinci Resolve.
6. Write timestamps for podcasts and summarize podcast conversations.
7. Create basic graphics with Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop.
8. Turn existing blog posts, reels, videos into LinkedIn posts.
9. Research studies and turn them into social media posts or blog posts.
10. Write newsletters, ad copies, and DMs.
11. Be available on Slack and WhatsApp to take tasks and complete them quickly.

Interview process:

1. I will review your application.

2. We will have a video call (please have a camera on, and make sure you are in a place without too much external noise). I will look at your attention to detail, your internet, work conditions, and your communication skills.

3. I will contact your references (please don’t share references from your friends; they have to be from a company).

4. If you pass the video call interview and references, I will give you a paid trial assignment where you will work with me for one week.
