Primary Duties:

Swiftly and efficiently handle guest queries, messages, and calls, offering precise and useful responses.
Oversee reservation processes, including bookings, changes, and handling special requests.
Promptly and effectively address and resolve any guest issues or concerns.
Ensure outstanding communication with guests before, during, and after their visit.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to deliver a smooth and uninterrupted guest experience.
Stay updated on our properties and services to offer informed support.
Seek out areas for service enhancement and relay suggestions to management.
Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in guest relations or customer service, ideally in vacation rental management or a comparable position in a company like Airbnb.
Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
Quick learner with an aptitude for new technologies and systems.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Proactive in problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Willingness to accommodate different time zones as needed.
Familiarity with platforms such as Hostaway, Airbnb, VRBO, Breezeway, and Upgrade to see actual info.
