Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Airbnb and Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and promoting Airbnb listings, handling leasing processes, assisting tenants with check-ins and check-outs, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, familiarity with the Airbnb platform, and excellent communication and marketing skills.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the leasing process for short-term rental properties, including listing management on Airbnb and other platforms.
- Assist tenants with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Promptly respond to guest messages and requests, addressing any issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement promotional and marketing materials for listings to maximize visibility and attract bookings.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns, generating traffic to our listings and engaging with followers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of listings, making data-driven decisions to improve occupancy rates and guest
satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement strategies for expanding our rental portfolio and enhancing guest
experiences.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on Airbnb or short-term
rental management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing strategies, with the ability to create engaging content and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact positively with guests, tenants, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple listings and tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work according to Los Angeles business hours and adapt to varying schedules based on guest needs.
- A proactive problem-solver with a guest-oriented mindset, committed to delivering high-quality service.
