Airbnb Operations Manager

This position is for someone who has managed a team of VAs and also in person teams. We need someone to be able to

- learn our pricing strategy and be able to accept most bookings. Ask questions for bookings that aren’t within our approval range
- be in charge of hiring for VAs for Airbnb communications
- make sure quality control is monitored and teams are supervised to make sure they are performing the tasks they are supposed to. We need our team to be held accountable and make sure they are doing their job
- work on our funnels and websites to make sure our systems are optimized. Enhance SOPs and make suggestions on how we can make processed more optimized
- make sure cleaning teams are on point and all claims and maintenance is taken care of
- handle tasks the owners need done

Training will be provided. You must have experience managing teams for big Airbnb operators. Must have experience with working on SOPs, private booking sites, and handling hiring/firing for Airbnb operations
