AirBnb Arbitrage Lead Generator

We are an Airbnb Rental Arbitrage Company that is looking to expand into the US and UAE markets. We require the talent of a VA that will perform the following duties:

“AirBnb Arbitrage Lead Generator”
- Lead Generation – generate leads by calling property management companies, owners of buildings, and inquire using pre-
existing sales scripts to inquire if we can sub-lease (arbitrage) their apartments.
- Update Lead Generation Database with sales results.
- Send daily sales reports with Dead (Example: no right away), Warm (Example: Might be a chance to Airbnb), Hot (Example:
“yes we allow Airbnb’s”) responses for further follow up.

Use Property Management websites to find and locate property managers for buildings as well as list for mutli family apartments in each zipcode by city

Ideally you will have worked for Airbnb, if you were a Case Manager Level 2 you will be given priority.

This is a long term full time position.
