Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agricultural Consultant/Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to optimize our agricultural operations and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and interest in agronomy, crop production, livestock management, orchard management, aquaculture, poultry farming, and aquaponics, and a passion for innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Research ideal farmland locations
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of our agricultural operations, including crop production, livestock management, and orchard management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Provide expert advice on agronomic practices, pest and disease management, irrigation systems, and soil health.
- Advise on livestock management practices, including nutrition, breeding, health management, and housing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in agricultural technology, and regulatory changes.
- Train and mentor teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to enhance their skills and knowledge in agricultural practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience working in agricultural consulting or advisory roles, with a strong track record of success.
- Deep understanding of agronomic principles, crop/livestock management practices, poultry, aquaculture, and orchard management techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and driving positive impact in agriculture.
- Certification or licensure in agricultural consulting (if applicable) is a plus.

Experience:
Ideally, we are looking to hire someone with experience. However, we will also consider candidates with less real-world experience so long as they have a high level of interest in these subjects and the education to prove it.
