S & A Group is currently seeking a hit-the-ground-running
Agent Program Coordinator
to support their growing company.
They’re looking for a
Agent Program Coordinator
to help support the day-to-day management of agent recruitment processes, agent
program coordination, and impact recruitment and retention goals. In
this role, you’ll be responsible for high volume agent sourcing, screening, coordinating, and processing of new recruits.

* skilled at sourcing and identify top talent     AND

* Sales or marketing knowledge  - Is skilled at
* effectively communicating the messaging and value proposition of the company
* and role in order to increase agent recruitment and retention
This role is great for a results driven person.This position requires excellent talent
acquisition, sales, organization, and process/program management skills. 
Your ideal day will include:
*
* Weekly syncs with the CEO 
*
*
* Daily updates via slack
*
*
* Ongoing business management activities such as goal/KPI updates, hiring, onboarding,
* processes creation, and agent program management
Main Areas of
Focus for This Role: 
 
Recruitment and Sales Focus:
*
* Developing a hiring strategy
*
*
* Managing the agent recruitment team
*
*
* Setting monthly goals and assisting with meeting those goals 
*
*
* Recruitment goals
*
*
* Goal related to the number of recruits in a class or licensing
* program
*
*
* Partnering with the CEO to plan and coordinate local and virtual recruiting events
*
*
* Creatively sourcing applicants through various online job channels
*
*
* Conducting interviews
*
*
* Hiring teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
*
*
* Goal/Metrics tracking and reporting 
 
Onboarding
and Training Focus: 
*
* Finalizing and
* processing
* paperwork for new hires / agents 
*
*
* Onboarding teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
*
*
* Overseeing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers 
*
*
* Organizing and documenting agent programs and processes
*
*
* Developing and leading training for new and existing agents 
*
*
* Day-to-day performance management and ongoing check-in of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
*

* Providing answers and directions to support team 

Requirements for Success in this Role: 
*
* Minimum of 5 new recruits on weekly training
*
*
* Minimum of 5 new recruits in biweekly pre-licensing course
*
*
* Successful and creative recruitment of candidates from sources other than indeed
*
*
* 5+ years of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources
* related experience required
*
*
* Sales experience required
*
*
* Thorough, accurate, and consistent documentation 
*
*
* Consistent follow up with agents that have completed the course 
*
*
* Successful set up of support systems for agents within the first 90 days of onboarding 
*
*
* Retention of new recruits within the agency 
*
*
* Successful creation and execution of a sales and recruitment strategy
*
*
* Organization skills
*
*
* Proactive Self-Starter
*
*
* Autonomy 
*
*
* Ability to manage self, time, and responsibilities effectively without micromanagement
* or major oversight from leadership
