Agency Manager

Job Overview:
• This position requires knowledge of running a digital agency focused on website creation, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, essential design elements, add-ons, graphic design, and HTML.

Responsibilities:
• Manage web environment design, deployment, and maintenance activities, and perform testing and quality assurance of websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to manage projects, such as e-marketing campaigns.
• You must have a solid knowledge of WordPress along with HTML and CSS.
• Manage image assets, including web graphics, logos, and photos used by the marketing department.
• Work directly with clients to facilitate changes in content, follow-up, and data collection.
Candidate Profile:
• Strong technical knowledge of software
• Good working knowledge of WordPress and other CMS applications.
• Practical management experience
• Experience with website design and updates.

• Sound problem-solving skills with linear and logical troubleshooting skills, process knowledge, assessment, design, and documentation skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Solid analytical, technical, and project management skills
• Must have proficiency with various software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Skilled in multi-tasking ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a concise, clear, and focused manner
Key Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in a related field or advanced vocational training with 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Intermediate to advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause of customer issues.
