JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is an on-demand BPO call centre. The company's Outbound division specializes in abandoned cart recovery and welcome calls, helping online sellers recuperate thousands in sales. The team is driven by integrity and endurance, each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber adheres to company procedures, policies, and expectations with positive professionalism.

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven inside sales outbound agents to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and convert pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics in order to sell additional products, as well as to encourage reorders of existing products.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to customers, with the goal of selling additional products and encouraging reorders of existing products
Making phone calls or sending emails to potential customers to introduce a product or service
Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitch accordingly
Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain accurate and up-to-date record of sales calls and customer interactions
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Understands and strives to meet or exceed call centre and sales targets, while providing a great experience to the client/caller.
Continuously learning about new products or services to stay up-to-date and be able to effectively sell them
Requirements:
1 year experience in selling supplements or related products.
At least 1 - 2 years of outbound sales call centre experience
Proven sales experience (Any certificates received from previous company)
With experience in upselling to existing customers is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-service oriented attitude
Perseverance and sales endurance
Proficiency with computer and phone systems
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
