Role Overview

The Affiliate Partner Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in forging new pathways for growth through strategic partnerships and affiliations. Positioned at the intersection of ambition and expertise, this specialist will work closely with our Chief Sales Officer and Chief Operating Officer—both leading figures in the industry—to rapidly advance their career by mastering the art of effective partnership management.


Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies for generating new leads and partnerships, aligning with the organization's growth objectives.
Engage in continuous market research to identify and seize new partnership opportunities.
Serve as the initial point of contact for potential business partners, assessing their compatibility and facilitating next steps.
Collaborate with senior management to refine partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals.
Drive consistent effort and output through a KPI-led approach, meeting and exceeding agreed targets.

Qualifications

A minimum of two years' experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) roles.
Has experience working in a remote setting and with online-based companies.
A process-oriented mindset, embracing the importance of daily tasks and a repetitive nature of work for achieving success.
Proven ability to test and adapt conversation starters, learning rapidly and applying insights to enhance partnership outreach.
Commitment to daily and consistent efforts to maximize volume and output.
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on meeting KPIs that support both personal and organizational growth goals.
A track record of exceptional task execution, evidencing focus-driven work ethic and project completion capabilities.
Outstanding English communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We offer between $800 and 1200 USD/month as the starting salary for this job (depending on experience).
